Jaime Barrilleaux hosts online training sessions covering multiple EBSCO products. She also designs, delivers, and manages the production of videos for product lifecycles and eLearning paths. Prior to joining EBSCO in 2019, she worked in member support and engagement for a statewide academic library consortium and as an acquisitions specialist at an academic library. She earned her MLIS from the University of Southern Mississippi in December 2012. She is currently working on her doctorate in educational policy, organization, and leadership, with an emphasis on learning design and leadership, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne. Barrilleaux works from her home in Louisiana, where she is joined by numerous furry office mates.
